Smoke Palace is large, and the decor beautiful. Custom tile and wood work are featured on the walls and counter throughout much of the shop. Add mirrors and track lighting, and you have a place that looks more a nightclub than a coffeeshop.

The Stud Coffeeshop sits near the eastern edge of Amsterdam-Oost (Amsterdam East) in the Indische Buurt neighborhood. The cannabis menu itself is large, with more than a dozen weed options. These include many local favorites, and contemporary strains
DNA Coffeeshop is quite modern in appearance. It’s look is very reminiscent of an American dispensary. The inside is clean, ornate, and clinical. This shop has a connoisseur cannabis menu, featuring items from the breeder Amsterdam Genetics.
1e Hulp literally means "First Help". A reputation for quality cannabis has strengthened interest among visitors, who often make a special trip here. This coffeeshop is quite nicely appointed, with an ornate Arabian them throughout its three floors.
An interesting coffeeshop; its windows and architecture are open and modern, and the shop quite inviting. There is cool artwork on the walls, ample seating, even a comfortable couch. We’d best describe Bluebird Coffeshop as a “chill” location.

The trim throughout Green Place is a bit Arabian, with a touch of modern. What this shop lacks in size it seems to make up for in "cool vibe". With regard to their cannabis, Green Place is presently considered a connoisseur establishment.
Founded in 1975, The Bulldog claims the distinction of being the first coffeeshop in the city. At one time Bulldog 90 was an illegal establishment, selling cannabis in violation of Dutch law. There is much tribute to this history throughout the shop.

The atmosphere of De Kade is best described as artsy, chill, and unpretentious. This shop is basically a hybrid combination of small arcade, local pub, and your living room. The cannabis menu at De Kade was recently upgrade to connoisseur status
This coffeeshop is owned by the proprietors of Siberië, The Loft, and De Supermarkt. The management has been quite serious about weed, often focusing on the more contemporary high-potency strains. All four are regarded as connoisseur coffeeshops.
