Prix d'Ami Coffeeshop is arguably more of a weed nightclub than a traditional Dutch cannabis bar. The largest coffeeshop in the city, this shop is spread over three floors, and six rooms. It is also packed with features and amenities.
For a long time this establishment was known as Utopia, but changed hands in early 2018 to become The Plug. Interestingly, the new owner also runs The Plug cannabis club in Barcelona, which is quite well known for its connoisseur products.

Club Media coffeeshop is located in Oude Pijp (the Old Pipe) neighborhood. It is right adjacent to the Abert Cuypmarkt, a busy outdoor market which attracts a lot of locals and tourists alike.

This establishment is relaxed and unpretentious in its appearance. It is also owned by the same group as Siberie, The Loft, and De Republiek. As such, expect to find a connoisseur menu here. This is one of the few shops that invest in lab testing.

This Boerejongens location has a similar feel to their other shops. The vibe inside is elegant and clinical. If we were to define it, we would say it feels like a cross between a bank and an American cannabis dispensary.
Mr. K Coffeeshop is found in the popular Jordaan district. They seem focused on cannabis quality here, and feature name-brand genetics on their menu. The pricing tends to be reasonable as well, as this isn't a shop that is inundated by tourists.

Basjoe is well known for its selection of marijuana edibles. You’ll notice a large chalkboard behind the counter, which displays their extensive list of offerings. This shop is also known for its gourmet coffee and tea selections.
The name La Tertulia translates from Spanish as "The Salon". This appears consistent with this vibe they are trying to cultivate in this place. When you walk in, you will find a bright and open split-level coffeeshop.
Barney's Lounge is a modern establishment; the decor a bit of a mix between nightclub and a posh coffee lounge. One of several Barney's establishments, which are are known for their award winning strains and focus on connoisseur customers.
Rusland has the distinction of being the first legally-established coffeeshop in the city. It holds coffeeshop license number 001, and opened its doors on April 30, 1975. As such, this is recognized as a historic shop and one of Amsterdam's pioneers.
