The inside of Coffeeshop Super Skunk is fairly contemporary. There are bar stools lining a brightly lit ordering counter here; very funky. Around the room, several hightop tables and leather-topped stools. The place feels like an upscale hotel bar.

Chapiteau is actually French for “Marquee”. While the name might conjure up visions of a mega nightclub along the lines of Marquee in Las Vegas, Chapiteau is not actually a hangout spot. This shop is exclusively as a take-away location these days.

Top Weazle is a locals’ gathering place, with a roomy smoking lounge. There is an African theme in this establishment. You’ll notice giant zebra and lion paintings on the walls, and various related bits of artwork and sculpture around the shop.
Bullwackie Coffeeshop is found in the Hoofddorppleinbuurt neighborhood, a largely residential section of Amsterdam Zuid. The name of this shop pays tribute to Lloyd Barnes, a NY reggae music producer, better known by the name Bullwackie.
Coffeeshop Nachtegaal is a small take-away only establishment, which is found in the Transvaalbuurt section of Amsterdam Oost (East). This place is really about one thing: keeping the locals happy with quality cannabis at low prices.

420 Café has an opulant polished hardwood interior. Not what you expect of the average Dutch coffeeshop, the interior is opulent. 420 is filled with beautiful polish hardwood, giving it a feeling of an upscale café, or perhaps urban microbrewery.
